Students dive into “Edu-Jobs” where they learn to read a basic balance sheet, understand market capitalization, and distinguish between individual stocks and diversified index funds. We move past the noise of daily price fluctuations to focus on macro trends and future analysis. In a collaborative, judgment-free environment, students practice building a mock portfolio, learning how to stay disciplined during market volatility and why time in the market beats timing the market.

By the end of the two-week sprint, students transition from spectators to strategic thinkers. They will walk away with a personalized Investment Thesis—a document outlining their long-term goals and the types of assets they want to hold. We prioritize a human-centered approach to finance, emphasizing ethical investing and the responsibility that comes with being a shareholder.
